Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 large Egg

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Cookie sheet
  • Measuring cups
  • Mixing Spoon or Hand Mixer
  • Cooling rack

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined cookie sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  4. Use the back of a fork to press down on each cookie, creating a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

  • Store baked cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days before baking.
  • Freeze cookies in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
