Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined cookie sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Use the back of a fork to press down on each cookie, creating a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
