Ingredients
  

For the Dip:
  • 1 can refried beans 16 ounces
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 cup black olives sliced (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the refried beans, salsa, and taco seasoning to the mixture. Blend until creamy.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh tomatoes, olives, and cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips or veggies.

Notes

  • For added spice, include diced jalapeños.
  • Mix in black beans for extra texture.
  • Serve warm for the best flavor experience.
