Start by washing, peeling, and cutting your carrots into 2-inch pieces on the bias.
In a large bowl, add the carrot pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Check if the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized. Add an additional 2-3 minutes if you want them crispier.
