Method
 

  1. Start by washing and drying your cauliflower. Remove the core and chop the head into bite-sized florets. Feel free to use some of the small leaves and stalk for added texture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin seeds, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Drizzle in the olive oil or avocado oil, and toss until the cauliflower florets are well-coated with the spice mixture.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This step is crucial for achieving that perfect crispiness.
  4. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on it to reach your desired level of crispiness.
  5. Once the cauliflower is golden and crispy, remove it from the air fryer and serve immediately. This dish pairs beautifully with your favorite dipping sauce or can be enjoyed on its own as a healthy snack.
