How to Prepare Air Fryer Kale Chips
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Kale - Rinse the kale under cold water, then dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or clean kitchen towel.
  2. Step 2: Tear and Season - Remove tough stems, tear leaves into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with oil, sprinkle salt, and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Step 3: Air Fry the Kale - Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C), place kale in a single layer in the basket, and air fry for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
