Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 4.5 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 15 oz pizza sauce
  • desired pizza toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Rolling Pin
  • Pizza stone or baking sheet
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Start by rolling out your pizza dough on a floured surface. Aim for a size that fits comfortably in your air fryer basket, typically about 8-10 inches in diameter.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This ensures your pizza will start cooking immediately upon entering the fryer.
  3. Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Evenly sprinkle 4 1/2 cups of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Don’t hold back—cheese is what makes pizza so delicious!
  5. Add your desired toppings. Whether you prefer classic pepperoni, fresh veggies, or something more adventurous, this is your chance to get creative.
  6. Carefully place the assembled pizza in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the air fryer using a spatula. Allow it to cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve! Enjoy your homemade Air Fryer Pizza with friends and family.
