  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Start by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This step is crucial for achieving crispy skin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature unsalted butter with the ranch seasoning. Stir until well blended.
  3. Using a brush, generously spread the ranch butter mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to get under the skin for maximum flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 18-20 minutes, then flip the chicken over and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
