- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed creme de menthe candies into the brownie batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift them out using the parchment paper and place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
