  1. Start by washing and peeling the apple. Core it and cut it into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  2. In your blender, combine the frozen strawberries, apple chunks, milk, yogurt, and honey.
  3. Secure the blender lid and blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth. If it’s too thick, feel free to add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Give your smoothie a quick taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add an extra teaspoon of honey and blend again.
