  • 1 small red onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

For Assembly:
  • 4 pieces croissants (cut in half)

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Shred your cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Step 2: Mash the Avocado - In a mixing bowl, mash your ripe avocado until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Combine Ingredients - Add the shredded chicken, chopped cilantro, chopped red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado. Stir until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Croissants - Cut the croissants in half and spoon the avocado chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Step 5: Top and Serve - Place the top half of the croissant over the filling and serve with a side salad or fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

  • Make the avocado chicken mixture a day in advance for convenience.
  • Add extra lime juice to prevent the avocado from browning.
