  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for perfectly crispy wings.
  2. Step 2: Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, red chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and salt. Melt the unsalted butter and mix with the seasoning blend.
  4. Step 4: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken wings, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Step 5: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
  6. Step 6: Bake the wings for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Step 7: In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the wings and return to the oven.

Notes

  • Don’t skip drying the wings to avoid sogginess.
  • Ensure wings are not overcrowded on the baking sheet.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check for 165°F internal temperature.
