Cooking Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 3: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into triangles.
- Step 4: Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella on each triangle.
- Step 5: Layer thin banana slices on top of the Nutella.
- Step 6: Roll the pastry from the wide end to the point to form a crescent shape.
- Step 7: Apply the egg wash over the tops of the croissants.
- Step 8: Bake for about 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Step 9: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Ensure puff pastry is cold for maximum flakiness.
- Leftover pastry can be frozen for later use.
- Experiment with different fillings for variety!
