  • 1/2 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or other chili sauce, adjust amount to control spiciness

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients at room temperature for easier mixing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the whole-egg mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce. Whisk them together until they are well blended and creamy.
  3. Add the sriracha to the mixture. Adjust the amount to taste for spiciness.
  4. Continue whisking until the sauce is completely smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
