Ingredients

For the Sliders:
  • 12 count Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 1 cup Arby's sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 dash poppy seeds

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking dish (9x13 inches)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Brush for applying butter
  • Knife for slicing rolls

Method

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the Hawaiian dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops connected. Place the bottom halves in your baking dish.
  3. Spread a generous amount of Arby's sauce on the bottom halves of the rolls. Layer on the deli roast beef evenly over the sauce. Top with slices of American cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls back on top of the cheese layer.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, dried onion flakes, and a dash of poppy seeds. Stir well.
  6. Using your brush, generously coat the top of the rolls with the butter mixture.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let the sliders cool for a few minutes, slice into individual servings, and serve with extra Arby's sauce on the side.

  • Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
