  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. If using fresh Brussels sprouts, rinse, trim the ends, and cut in half. For frozen, use directly from the freezer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Brussels sprouts, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness after 15 minutes; they should be golden brown and crispy. If needed, air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Feel free to experiment with different spices or toppings like grated cheese.
