Make sure to drain the ricotta cheese well. If your mascarpone has excess water, drain it off too.

Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cheese mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
Add the vanilla extract and almond extract. Mix until well blended.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
For best results, cover the dip and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
