Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until smooth. Add vanilla and mix again.
  4. Add oats, baking soda, and flour to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Biscoff spread until evenly distributed.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips until incorporated.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Wrap bars individually and freeze for up to 3 months.
  • For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil.
