  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Cracked black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by collecting all the ingredients listed above. This ensures you have everything on hand for a smooth process.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, and 3 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce.
  3. Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, and Sriracha. These will provide that flavorful punch that makes this sauce irresistible.
  4. Add 1/8 teaspoon of Kosher salt and cracked black pepper according to your preference. Remember, you can always add more, but you can’t take it out!

  6. Transfer your Boom Boom Sauce to an airtight storage container and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
