Cooking Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Steaks - Take the steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking. Pat them dry and season with salt.

- Step 4: Flip and Cook - Flip the steaks using tongs and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Step 5: Rest the Steaks - Remove from the skillet and let rest for about 5 minutes tented with foil.
- Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
