  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 10 fajita-sized flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until soft and pliable.
