- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese and mascarpone (or cream cheese). Beat them together using an electric mixer until completely smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cheese mixture, mixing on low speed until it’s well incorporated.
- Step 3: Pour in the vanilla extract and sprinkle in the salt. Mix until everything is combined, and the dip is fluffy.
- Step 4: Using a spatula, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Step 5: Transfer the dip to a serving dish and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
