- In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add in the flour, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in your choice of colored sprinkles.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
