  • 2 cups LACTAID 2% milk lactose-free option
  • 1 cup peanut butter puff style cereal
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Chex or comparable lactose-free cereal
  • 2 tablespoons honey natural sweetener
  • 1 cup Fruit Loops or comparable lactose-free cereal
  • 6 large strawberries hulled and sliced

Method
 

Peanut Butter Puff Style Smoothie
  1. In your blender, combine 2 cups LACTAID 2% milk, 1 cup peanut butter puff style cereal, and 2 bananas, sliced.
  2. Add 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter for a rich flavor.
  3. Toss in 1 cup ice to chill the mixture.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Cinnamon Chex Smoothie
  1. Start with 2 cups LACTAID 2% milk in your blender.
  2. Add 1 cup Cinnamon Chex or comparable lactose-free cereal for a sweet and spicy kick.
  3. Toss in 2 bananas, sliced for sweetness.
