Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures that your pizza gets a nice, crispy crust.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Crust Mixture - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
  3. Step 3: Form the Crust - Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the chicken mixture onto the parchment and use a spatula to spread it into a round or rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick. Make sure the edges are slightly thicker to form a crust.
  4. Step 4: Bake the Chicken Crust - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken crust is golden brown and fully cooked. You’ll know it’s ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Step 5: Add the Toppings - Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven. Spread 1 cup of tomato sauce over the crust. Top with 4 small sliced mushrooms and 1/2 small chopped bell pepper. Finally, sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
