Preparation Steps
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped macadamia nuts, ground cinnamon, light brown sugar, sunflower seeds, and fine sea salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix together the honey and seed oil.
  4. Step 4: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Use a spatula to stir everything together until evenly coated.
  5. Step 5: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture evenly across the sheet, pressing down slightly.
  6. Step 6: Bake for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Step 7: Once baked, let it cool completely before breaking it into clusters and transferring to a storage container.
