Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or any nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Polaner All Fruit spread or any fruit-sweetened jam
  • 2 slices whole-wheat or whole-grain sandwich bread minimally processed

Equipment

  • Plate
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of almond butter evenly over one slice of bread.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of fruit spread on the second slice of bread.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the slice with almond butter on top of the slice with the fruit spread.
  5. Slice your sandwich diagonally or straight down the middle and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Wrap your sandwich tightly in parchment paper or foil to keep it fresh.
  • Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
  • For longer storage, freeze the assembled sandwich, separating slices with parchment paper.
