Stepwise Method:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Step 2: Spray your loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter and cream cheese, and beat until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Step 4: Gradually add the sugar, beating until well combined.
- Step 5: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- Step 6: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- Step 7: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low until just combined.
- Step 8: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Step 9: Bake for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 10: Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
