Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts fresh
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ inch between two sheets of plastic wrap.
  3. Step 3: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning.
  5. Step 5: Dredge the chicken in the flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, then coat it with the Panko mixture.
  6. Step 6: Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
  7. Step 7: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure chicken is patted dry before breading for optimal crispiness.
  • For an extra crunch, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
