Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats with the melted coconut oil and maple syrup. If using cinnamon, add it now. Stir until well-coated.
  3. Step 3: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the oat mixture onto the sheet and spread it out evenly.
  4. Step 4: Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.
  5. Step 5: Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
