  • 10 ounces Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies do not drain

Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
  2. In your microwave-safe bowl, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese and the entire can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  3. Microwave the mixture on high for about 2 minutes. Stir and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until melted and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to your serving bowl and serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
