Cooking Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine masa harina, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, paprika, ground cumin, garlic salt, sugar, dried minced onion, and beef bouillon powder. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef chuck. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Once the beef is browned, sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the meat. Stir to combine well, ensuring every piece of meat is coated. Add about 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- While the beef simmers, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat or wrap them in foil and place them in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
- Assemble by placing spoonfuls of seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Add sour cream if desired.
- Fold the tortillas in half, and your tacos are ready to serve! Enjoy them fresh and warm!
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste; add more chili powder for spice.
- For a vegetarian version, use plant-based meat and vegetable broth.
- These tacos are great for meal prep; store the beef and toppings separately.
