Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Original Bisquick Mix provides the perfect base for a quick crust
  • 1 cup milk (almond, cashew, soy, or regular)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce use your favorite brand or homemade
  • 4 ounces sliced pepperoni adds a savory kick
  • 4 ounces finely shredded mozzarella cheese for that gooey texture

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Original Bisquick mix and your choice of milk. Stir until just combined; the mixture should be somewhat thick but pourable.
  3. Grease your baking dish lightly with cooking spray or olive oil. Pour the crust mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle the sliced pepperoni over the pizza sauce, followed by an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove the Easy Pizza Bake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
