Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 small breasts)
  • to taste Salt
  • 8 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the chicken.
  2. Step 2: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Spread an even layer over each chicken breast.
  4. Step 4: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet.
  5. Step 5: Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Step 6: Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Step 7: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
  • Freeze for up to 2 months, tightly wrapped.
