- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the chicken.
- Step 2: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Spread an even layer over each chicken breast.
- Step 4: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet.
- Step 5: Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Step 6: Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Step 7: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
