For the Fajita Chicken Bake:
  • 4 pieces thin-sliced chicken breasts (about 2 lbs total)
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 oz dry fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 piece green bell pepper (seeded and sliced)
  • 1 piece red bell pepper (seeded and sliced)
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  7. Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
