  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula
  • 9x9 inch baking pan
  • Oven mitts

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: Grease your 9x9-inch baking pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Add the eggs, tahini, and melted coconut oil to the mashed bananas and mix until smooth.

  6. Step 6: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Step 7: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
  • Adjust coconut sugar to control sweetness level.
  • Don’t overbake to keep brownies fudgy and moist.
