  • 1 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten well)
  • 50 extra pistachio nuts (for garnishing)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This step is crucial to ensure your cookies bake evenly.

  4. Step 4: Mix the Ingredients - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pistachios, almond flour, and Golden Monkfruit Sweetener. Stir until well mixed. Then, add the beaten eggs and mix until the dough comes together. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
  5. Step 5: Scoop the Dough - Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them about 2 inches apart, as they will spread slightly during baking.
