Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line your 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and salt until well combined.
Add the eggs and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is just combined; be careful not to overmix.
Gently fold in 1 cup of the chocolate chips, saving the remaining 1 cup for topping.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!
