Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites:
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¾ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Method

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken. Start by cutting your boneless skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. This will help them cook quickly and evenly.
  2. Step 2: Season the Chicken. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Step 3: Melt the Butter. In a large skillet, melt the Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt over medium heat. Allow it to become bubbly but not browned.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Chicken. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Add Garlic and Parmesan. Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, sprinkle the finely grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken, stirring to combine.
  6. Step 6: Garnish and Serve. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken. Toss again to combine. Serve immediately, and watch as everyone devours these flavorful bites!

Notes

  • Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
  • Reheat in a skillet for best texture, or use a microwave if necessary.
  • Substituting chicken breasts will yield a leaner dish, but they may be less juicy.
