- Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
- Step 2: Prepare Your Baking Pan - Line your 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Step 3: Melt the Chocolate - Combine chopped chocolate and a splash of milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until melted.
- Step 4: Mix the Wet Ingredients - In a large bowl, combine melted chocolate, Greek yogurt, milk, and sugar. Whisk until creamy.
- Step 5: Combine the Dry Ingredients - In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
- Step 6: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Step 7: Bake the Brownies - Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
