Ingredients
  

For the Fried Rice:
  • 3 cups Ground Turkey or shredded turkey
  • 3 cups cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Chopped Green Onions for garnish
  • Yum Yum Sauce for drizzling
  • Spicy Mayo optional

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients. Gather all your ingredients and cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Step 2: Sauté the Onions and Garlic. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and stir for another minute.
  3. Step 3: Cook the Ground Turkey. Add ground turkey to the skillet, break it up, and cook until no longer pink for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add the Vegetables. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Step 5: Scramble the Eggs. Push the mixture to one side, crack the eggs on the other side, and scramble until fully cooked. Mix everything together.
  6. Step 6: Incorporate the Rice. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Step 7: Serve and Garnish. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with green onions and drizzle with yum yum sauce and spicy mayo as desired.
