Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Almonds - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the raw almonds evenly on a baking sheet and toast them for about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Blend the Almonds - Once toasted, transfer the almonds to the blender or food processor. Start blending on medium speed.
  3. Step 3: Scrape and Continue Blending - Stop to scrape down the sides with a spatula after a few minutes. Continue blending for another 5-10 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add Oil and Salt - If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of oil and blend until smooth. Add sea salt to taste.
  5. Step 5: Store and Enjoy - Transfer the almond butter into a clean jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
