Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Gather all your ingredients: bread, cheese, pesto, roasted red pepper spread, and mayonnaise.
  2. Step 2: Spread the Mayonnaise - Spread half of the mayonnaise on one side of one slice of bread. Repeat with the second slice.
