Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices baguette
  • 1 10 ounce container garlic hummus use as needed
  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley or to taste
  • balsamic glaze to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Spread a generous layer of garlic hummus on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Arrange on a serving platter and serve fresh.

Notes

  • For extra crispy baguette, brush with olive oil before toasting.
