  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp Lakanto Classic Sweetener
  • 5 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter firm, without runny oils
  • 2 tbsp Lakanto Classic Powdered Sweetener
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4.4 oz Sugar-Free Chocolate at least 85% cocoa solids
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil optional

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Baking Pan - Start by lining your 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Mix the Base - In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, 3 tablespoons of Lakanto Classic sweetener, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Step 3: Add the Wet Ingredients - Pour in the melted butter and the firm peanut butter. Mix until you have a thick, cohesive batter.
  4. Step 4: Spread the Mixture - Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to evenly spread the batter, pressing down firmly.
  5. Step 5: Bake - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the bars for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow them to cool completely in the pan.
  6. Step 6: Prepare the Chocolate Topping - While the bars are cooling, melt the sugar-free chocolate and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or butter together until smooth.
  7. Step 7: Add the Topping - Once the bars have cooled, pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread it evenly.
  8. Step 8: Chill - Place the bars in the refrigerator for about an hour or until the chocolate topping is set.
  9. Step 9: Cut and Serve - Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles as desired.
