Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter smooth, free from added sugars or oils
  • 1 small Avocado (50g)
  • 1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sweetener (optional)
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Smoothie Glass or Jar

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients to ensure everything is ready to go.
  2. In your blender, combine the peanut butter, small avocado, and almond milk.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, powdered sweetener (if using), ice cubes, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  5. Taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add more sweetener and blend again.
  6. Pour the Keto Peanut Butter Smoothie into a glass or jar and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • For a sweeter smoothie, adjust the sweetener gradually.
  • Feel free to substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter.
