  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder (clean)
For Toppings:

  • to taste banana slices
  • to taste pomegranate seeds (when in season)

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure the kale is washed and stems removed. Remove the banana from the freezer and let it sit for a couple of minutes if you want it to be easier to blend.
  2. Step 2: Blend the Base - In your blender, combine the kale, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, honey or coconut sugar, cashew butter, vanilla extract, coconut water, hemp or flax seeds, and protein powder. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If your mixture is too thick, add a splash more coconut water to help it along.
