Ingredients
  

  • 1 package cream cheese 8 ounce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans refried beans 16 ounce each
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning Mix McCormick
  • 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend divided
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sliced avocados

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the refried beans and Taco Seasoning Mix to the creamy mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the refried bean mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese over the top.
  5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Once out of the oven, let the dip cool for a few minutes. Top with remaining shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, cherry tomatoes, and sliced avocados.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick!
