Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup whey protein plain or vanilla recommended
  • 1 cup nonfat milk high in protein and low in sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter PB Fit recommended
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons stevia to taste
  • 1 cup ice
  • 4 tablespoons light cool whip optional topping

Method
 

  1. Make sure your banana is frozen for a thick and creamy consistency.
  2. In your blender, combine the frozen banana, whey protein, nonfat milk, powdered peanut butter, vanilla extract, and stevia.
  3. Add about 1 cup of ice for a refreshing chill.
  4. Blend on high until everything is well combined and smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
  5. Pour into a glass and add light cool whip on top if desired. Enjoy immediately!

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; stir before consuming.
  • For a thicker texture, freeze leftovers and enjoy as a smoothie bowl.
