Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Dish - Line your 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Coconut Oil - In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil until it’s completely liquid. You can do this in the microwave in short bursts or on the stovetop.
  3. Step 3: Mix the Ingredients - In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt. Use your spatula to mix everything until it’s smooth and well combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour and Spread - Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use the spatula to spread it evenly in the dish.
  5. Step 5: Freeze - Place the baking dish in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
