- Step 2: Create the Base Layer - In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 cup of unsalted butter, and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Microwave for about 45 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Step 3: Add Cocoa Pebbles - Stir in 3 cups of Cocoa Pebbles until well coated, then pour into the dish and press down firmly.
- Step 4: Make the Peanut Layer - Combine marshmallow creme, ½ cup of creamy peanut butter, and 1 ½ cups of chopped roasted peanuts. Spread over the base layer.
- Step 5: Prepare the Caramel Layer - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 11 ounces of caramels with ½ cup of evaporated milk. Heat until melted and smooth, then pour over the peanut layer.
